Red
Montepulciano D’Abruzzo 2013
At first sight the deep, intense ruby colour of the wine is striking, with
small violet arches. The bouquet suggests red fruit, rose petals and hints of
wet spice. It is soft and warm to the palet with notes of red prunes, cherry
and blueberry which are harmoniously intertwined around a lively tannic
theme. Being fruit of an exceptional harvest gives it a full, enveloping
body, which finishes with liquorice and cloves. The fine performance is
completed with an after taste of black pepper and cranberry.

Colavita Pinot Noir 2013
Colavita's Pinot Noir comes from the Provincia de Pavia appellation in the
province of Lombardy. The Alps to the north and the Po Basin to the south
allow the Pinot Noir grapes to grow in low-lying valleys with consistent temperature
and humidity, producing bright, fruit-forward wines. The 2013 is dark ruby with
purple hues in the glass. Sweet cola and blackberry aromas leap from the glass.
Rich flavors of red fruits and a velvety finish.
